Assessment of Market Value of the Easement on the Route of the Sewage Pipelines

This dissertation deals wtih a problematice of easements of real estates in Czech Republic.The main goal of the dissertation is to estimate the value of considered easement and value of the family house burdened with the easements, consider and give reasons for possible devaluation of the real estate by making the easements. In the theoretical part are defined the terms connected with the real estate business, methods of valuation of the real estates and terms from land registry. Legislation of easements, methods and proceduresof valuation of easementsand valuationof real estates with easements follows. Practical part is about valuation of easements. Municipakl authority in Vyškov reallized construction of sewers in local parts Lhota and Rychtářov. The sewers goes through lands thats why the easements are established for the land owners. The easements are provided with conrtracts. The final part of the dissertation includes the summary and comparison of easements in 2011 and 2014, example of valuation of family house in local part Rychtářov and valuation of the influence of easement on the real estate.

Time and its reflection in law

Time and its reflection in law This diploma thesis deals with the reflection of time in law. The goal is to capture how time is projected into civil law in regard to the applicable legislation. The thesis is divided into eight chapters, first four of them being general treatises, starting with the fifth chapter and continuing further, all of them are focused on specific one law institution related to time. In the first, general chapter time is defined as a legal event, the difference between time and period is discussed, mandatory principles for this legal area are mentioned, such as principle vigilantibus iura scripta sunt or the principle of honesty. In the part that focuses on specific institutions, are gradually discussed the terms limitation (weakening of a right), lapse (extinguishment of a right), prescription and determination of time. The principle of each institution is discussed first, followed by its characteristics, the difference between the specific institution and other institution and its role in the life of adressees of legal norms. The most thoroughly discussed is the term of limitation with the accent on the essence of this institution, followed by its legal construction, characteristical signs, consequences of vain expiration of the limitation of time, the group of laws that...

The phenomenon of alcoholism and opportunities for social work

This diploma thesis explores the phenomenon of formation and development of alcohol dependence. In the first series focuses on the historical description, which demonstrates considerable anchored in the life of our ancestors already. It also defines the concept of addiction, its causes and consequences, whether psychological, medical or social. Its objective is to describe the possibilities of social work in this phenomenon. defines therefore primarily targets and understanding of social work and consequently specifics of client alcoholism. An important element is the role of the social worker in the client's motivation to change, which uses Nešpor's model of spontaneous changes in motivation. Then, on the basis of available social services selects several most suitable, which can help to improve the client's situation. Has an essential role in this issue also primary prevention, ie it discusses the methodology, target groups, focusing on adolescents and the focus is on the firm role of the family. Finally contains some official documents on primary prevention, which are discussed current issues of primary prevention practice and subsequent survey, mapping aspect of social workers on the incidence risk of alcohol dependence among adolescents attending social facilities.
